Lunch - Schedule for Students K -5
All students who attend Department of Education schools are entitled to FREE breakfast and lunch. A lunch form however, is required to be filled out from each family, this determines our funding for Title I.
If you should have any questions, please call Mrs. Lisa Barretta t 718.981.5034 ext. 1151.
School Nurse Marisa Quest can be contacted at 718.981.5034 option 3.
If your child has any type of allergy, Nurse Marisa and the classroom teacher must have a note from you and your physician. We must be notified of any medical problems in writing - copes to the classroom teacher, Principal and Nurse Marisa. If a student becomes ill or is involved in an accident during the school day, Nurse Marisa in conjunction with the school administrator will determine if the child should be sent home and will contact the parent/guardian.
